Curly Top is the second in the Curly Collection, The hat is knitted with chunky yarn and a ribbed pattern for stretch and fit. This time we areb knitting with 2 straight needles and joining the seam at the end.
 
There are a few more curlicues on the top than Kiss Curl and again, I have used a contrasting colour for them.
